BSA Ranks As One of the Top Nonprofits on the Web

Top NonprofitsWhether the BSA is rolling out refreshed web properties, sharing inspiring Scout stories or breaking the latest Scouting news, the BSA is committed to staying on the cusp of technology while meeting the needs of its valued customers. And now, the BSA is being recognized for this progress in Topnonprofits.com‘s Top 100 Nonprofit Organizations on the Web.

Ranking 34 among nonprofit organizations around the world, the BSA was selected based on seven criteria: Facebook likes, Twitter followers, Moz page rank, Moz linking root domains, Alexa rank, Google page rank, and charity navigator rating.

What’s more, when compared to other youth-serving nonprofits, the BSA ranks the highest on the list.

Boy Scouts of America is proud to be honored, yet is even more excited to continue leveraging technology to better serve the Scouting nation.

Top Nonprofits vets thousands of nonprofit organizations through preliminary screenings and selects 500 organizations for consideration. The top 100 organizations are compared and ranked according to their social media presence, web properties and charity navigator rating.
