Syracuse Scouts Promote Popcorn Sales on Local Television Show

Local Scouts from the Boy Scouts of America Longhouse Council in Syracuse, New York appeared live on television on Friday morning, Sept. 12, 2014, to promote popcorn sales.

Four Scouts, along with the council president, Scott Armstrong and Tri Rivers popcorn kernel, Jeanine Boone joined hosts Jim Teske and Sistina Giorda of WSRY-TV’s (ABC) Bridge Street, which airs weekdays at 10 a.m. Revenue from popcorn sales support unit and council Scouting programs. WSRY-TV serves the Central Syracuse, area in New York.
